Gorgeous Vintage Hand Painted 3 Tier Pie Plate Stand with the Prettiest Roses painted by a well known local artist that has since passed away. The pie stand is older vintage but the roses were painted on in 1980 by Marion Stone. It is done in a kind of pale yellow white washed finish. It stands 40 inches tall and 12 inches wide. The inside dimentions of the actual plate area is 9 1/4" wide so they would have been smaller pies or tarts. I think this was done for decoration only - it is much too beautiful and precious to place warm pies on. Excellent condition but I did notice that one of the screw hole covers is missing but is easily replaced. It is just a small wood corklike piece that fits into the hole where the screw is to hide it.
