Wonderful Vintage Ande Navy Blue Leatherette Vinyl Clutch Handbag. It has a killer retractable handle in twisted beaded goldtone with blue vinyl leatherette insert. I had to secure it back in place because I didn't notice it until right before I was going to list it. I thought it was plain gold. Measures 9 1/2 x 5 1/4".
