This skirt is just too much. It is vintage 70s or early 80s by Patty Woodard California. This was probably pretty pricey when first introduced because I had an outfit I wore to grad night by Patty Woodward that I bought from A Nose For Clothes in Miami. It was a wide poodle type extreme flared skirt with little bolero vest and back in the late 70s it cost me around $80. This skirt is even better than my outfit and I am crazy about the gingham mixed with the vertical gathered scalloped eyelet. The hem even has 1 1/2" eyelet ruffle over a 5 5/8" large eyelet ruffled hem. The skirt zips at the back and then has a tie.
