High End Designer Silk Taffeta Velvet Embroidered Couture Fabric that is being offered BY THE YARD. It has an incredible 3 D Floral Leaf Design on a golden tan colored ground. I'm pretty sure this is tafetta but it is not the real stiff kind or ridged taffeta. This is more like a cross between a satin and a silk but lightweight and thin. This would make some lovely curtains, bustier or 1800's styled gown. The fabric feels delightful to the touch and makes that wonderful rustling sound! 56" wide and priced per yard! This is either out of production Scalamandre or Christopher Edwards although I'm leaning towards the latter. His fabrics are in the $200 - $900 range and are exquisite.
