Gorgeous Rare vintage melon vase in a fabulous multi-toned mottled green and black glaze. This I believe is an early piece and very unique - I couldn't find anything else like it on the internet and I searched very well. The glaze is so amazing and even nicer than the photos show. Don't know if this is old yellow ware or redware but it is amazing and just stunning in hand. Measures 10 1/8 wide by 3 1/4 inches high. It is in excellent condition with some few flea bites and/or glaze misses. Heavy and very well made. No backstamp.
