Delicate and gorgeous Antique Victorian, Art Nouveau or Art Deco Hand Painted Porcelain Rose Brooch. The hand painted roses and leaves are beautiful and delicately well done. Not sure what kind of setting it is in although it might be sterling or sterling plate. It has extremely heavy patina too it and has a "c" clasp. Measures 2 1/8 inches and is in excellent condition.
