Stunning custom made couture lame' lace medieval wedding dress or Renaissance bridal gown costume. It weighs more than any gown I've ever owned - probably 15 lbs so it is for a person with some meat on their bones or very strong! It is made from a tan and gold lame threaded fabric that had embroidered leaves and swirls. There is also a satiny fabric which might be a silk satin blend. The bodice is heavily beaded with embroidered satin lace accented with sequins and is off the shoulders style with straps to hold it in place. The back is corset style with laces as well as a zipper. There is a wide elastic strap that is like a bra strap on the inside of the gown to hold it to you. The sleeves are spectacular and are doubled at the bottom in wide belled cutout scalloped lace. The skirt is full with an underskirt of the white satiny fabric and lining. It has a long train which is gorgeous, as the photos show. The photos don't do this gown justice at all. It is labeled a size 14. The first photos are of the front - the photos with the lace up are the back views and sleeves. Measures:
Shoulders - approximated 16.5 to 17"
Sleeves - 25" at the shortest point. 31" at the longest
Bust - 40
Waist - 31
Hips - huge due to full sweep skirt
Length - 68-70
Train - probably 5-6 feet
